| Authored by: Rob When you receiving an error while trying to create new domains, you must make sure that they are based on packages. With CPanel, all new accounts must be based on packages. In WHM (Web Host Manager), there is a link in the left frame to administer your packages (Add, Delete, Edit). Once the packages are you setup you can then create a new account by logging in to WHM and trying to create the account based on a package. That should resolve this problem. |
